Tattoo Flash Library!

Hi there, I need a tool to make my library of over 1000 images of tattoo flash searchable, sortable, filterable. I want them to be scrollable, like instagram. I am thinking something like a store, but without the purpose of making sales, just very easy to sort through and find particulars in a sea of images. I want to be able to update metadata, manage filterable qualities, and add images myself. I want to be able to upload jpeg, png, tiff, AND svg files, for there to be a local background in 50% grey.
Apple photos wont host for enough clients, google photos shared scrolling is slopping, flickrs app doesnt work. Squarespace galleries are clunky. I dont want shopify to just put prices under everthing. I want elegance, simplicity, functionality. I want my clients to find their inspiration for our appointments.
I'm looking for someone with experience creating websites for artists, designers, architects, institutions, etc. Seeking creative solutions. I am an artist and designer myself in the fine art space, and I need the project to remain on brand.
