Image selector in AS3 / Feathers/ Starling

Hello,
We need someone to collaborate with us long term in developing a ios/android/windows app, using AS3/AIR/Feathers/Starling
The first task would be to create a profile pic uploader with the follwing functionality:
- select image / take picture
- crop image
- approve image
Object.getImage should return the cropped image (we will use this to send the actual image to the server for storage)
This needs to be smooth, to scale well on different widths of the screen.

We require someone who HAS EXPERIENCE with
- feathers
- starling
- air
and speaks FLUENT ENGLISH, or Romanian.
