$50-$75 hour German Teaching Position; No Experience Required

We are looking for caring, charismatic and hard working native speakers to train up as teachers in our unique online language-learning method.
No prior language-teaching experience is required. You just need to…
- Be a native speaker of German
- Be conversationally fluent in English
If you make it through our application process, you will undergo an intensive two week training. Then after the training, you will work as a “Teaching Apprentice” for 6 weeks, before becoming fully certified as a teacher.
As a Teaching Apprentice, we will pay you $50 per hour, and as a certified teacher, we will pay you $75 per hour.
In addition to being paid the highest price in the language-teaching market, you will also have the right to keep students as your own after the initial engagement. This way, you will be able to retain independence while still having a constant stream of student referrals.
Finally, as a member of our team, you will be invited to our “Flow Houses” - which are regular in-person team retreats in exotic locations around the world - room and board paid.
Because the method is based on principles from music and theater, we are particularly interested in working with people with musical and theatrical experience, especially people with experience *teaching* music or theater.
But this is not required experience. In general we are looking for people who have a natural skill for:
- Music, Communication and Imitation.
- Feeling, reading and positively influencing people.
- Thinking critically and communicating effectively.
