actor to portray injured plaintiff in personal injury case, via video conference

my client needs an actor for a short job that will require 1-2 hours of prep time and 1 hour of acting time. We are in need of a male to portray an injured person in a "mock jury trial". This can all be done via video conference and it has to be done by March 11. Of course, my client will compensate the actor. We would need a W9 tax ID in order to issue payment. We would prepare a non-disclosure agreement for the actor to not disclose any facts about the case. It is not a high-profile case. It is a car accident.
