Virtual Film Acting Mentor
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m coordinating an online acting competition and need a film-acting coach who can guide our contestants twice a week for the next 6–8 weeks. The group is mixed—complete beginners, seasoned intermediates, and a few advanced performers—so an adaptable teaching style will be essential.
Each session should cover the full on-camera toolkit: deep script analysis to uncover subtext and beats, practical character-development work that actors can apply immediately, and camera-specific techniques such as eyeline, frame awareness, and continuity. We’ll meet on Zoom (or a comparable platform) and I’ll handle scheduling and scene distribution ahead of time; you simply join the call ready to teach, demonstrate, and give actionable notes.
Key deliverables:
• Two live coaching sessions per week (60–90 min each)
• Individual feedback for every actor after each class (quick written notes or a brief video)
• A concise progress summary at the end of week 3 and a final evaluation when the program wraps
If you enjoy nurturing talent at every level and can keep virtual classes energetic and focused, this project should fit you perfectly.
