Sports Campaign Actors & Extras Needed | Montreal
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
We are casting a short cinematic video campaign for a healthcare brand highlighting the power of independent practices vs. the corporate healthcare system, framed as a high-energy boxing match. Think Nike meets HBO Boxing, with strong narrative and stylistic visuals.
Location: Montreal, Canada
SHOOT DATES:
1x Rehearsal: Thursday 31st July 2025
Shoot Day: Friday 1st August 2025
Roles:
Boxer – “IP” (Lead Role)
- Male, Black, age 20–40
- Athletic build, lean & strong
- Boxing or combat sport experience preferred
- Acting experience (even minimal) important for emotional expression, stage presence
- Must be confident delivering visual performance under direction
- Wardrobe: Royal blue/white boxing shorts + gloves (provided)
Boxer – “USHS” (Lead Role)
- Male, White, age 20–40
- Taller and broader build, intimidating physique
- Boxing or combat sport experience preferred
- Acting experience (even minimal) required
- Must be comfortable with stylized physical choreography
- Wardrobe: Red/white boxing shorts + gloves (provided)
Referee
- All ethnicities, all genders, looks somewhere between age 30–60
- Authoritative and composed presence
- Must have strong facial reactions and be able to work well with action cues
- No actual boxing experience needed, but familiarity with sport is a bonus
Commentators (2 Roles – Lead Voice Roles)
- Commentator 1: Black male, looks between age 30–50, charismatic, smooth delivery
- Commentator 2: White male, looks between age 30–50, high energy, sharp wit
- Must have excellent voice projection and delivery – prior hosting or VO a plus
- Will be filmed at desk with headset (WWE-style) delivering scripted hype and reactions
Coaches (2 Roles)
- All ethnicities and genders welcome
- Age looks between 35–60, experienced-looking mentors with strong on-camera presence
- Some speaking lines (coach-style guidance mid-fight)
- Prefer actors who can embody urgency and care convincingly
Extras – Audience & Corner Teams
- All ethnicities, genders, and body types welcome
- Age 18+
- Audience members will simulate cheering, reactions, and poster-waving
- Corner teams will support coaches/boxers with towel work, reactions, etc.
- Prefer applicants comfortable with high-energy environments and stage direction
