Scottish Redhead Actor for Alistair Welsh Trailer

I'm looking for a unique talent who can portray the character of Alistair Welsh in a 30-45 second trailer. Requirements include:
- Ability to potentially deliver lines with a Scottish accent. First preference will always be given to those of Scottish descent.
- Natural red hair, to closely resemble the comic counterpart.
- Green eyes, but this is not a deal-breaker should the perfect candidate present themselves differently.
An individual with prior experience in short films or trailer roles will be highly desirable.
