Internship for Acting

We are looking for interns who have prior experience as Actors taking on roles and performing scenes in various settings. Actors are often required to take on multiple roles, actors must be flexible enough to remember lines, read from cue cards, and create a performance by inhibiting the narrated script.

Actors can be from any educational background - currently pursuing or already have completed a course. However, prior experience in acting may be beneficial. Actors must have exceptional communication skills and be able to work collaboratively. This role may also require strong interpersonal skills and a notable ability to handle sudden changes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Memorize and deliver script lines as necessary
- Work collaboratively with other actors to perform scenes
- Can able to provide feedback and insight into the performance of a role
- Practice lines and scenes both independently and collaboratively
- Offer suggestions regarding roles, scenes, and lines

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Should be a Chennai resident and can visit office on the weekdays
- Bachelor's degree in Visual communication or any related stream
- Experience performing in front of an audience
- Ability to memorize and deliver lines on cue
- Openness to taking direction from directors and others
- Willingness to grow into a role and learn new ways to perform
- Can easily adapt to new script roles.
