An independent drama feature is entering pre-production and the central female role—an Indian woman aged 18-25—has yet to be cast. The storyline follows a coming-of-age arc, so subtle emotional range is more important than prior screen credits.
Auditions will begin with a two-minute self-tape of the provided sides; shortlisted talent will be invited to a live virtual read-through with the director on Zoom before final selection. Principal photography is planned for a single 20-day block later this year; travel and accommodation will be covered if we shoot outside your home city.
