Fair Housing Law Tester in Southwest Pennsylvania
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The Fair Housing Law Center is recruiting testers to address ongoing housing discrimination based on the seven federally protected classes under the Fair Housing Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person site visits to perform testing
- Identify any potential discriminatory practices
- Provide comprehensive reports on findings
Qualifications:
-No affiliation with the housing industry
- No felony or fraud convictions Reliable & insured transportation
-A valid driver's license
-Access to the internet
- Excellent observational and reporting skills
Compensation:
-Testers are paid $60 per test which may be a phone test or a site visit
-Testers are reimbursed for travel at the current IRS rate
