Eagle Costume Attendant for Music Conference
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of a skilled performer who is comfortable wearing an animal costume for a Hopeless Records cocktail party and conference panel. The costume is an eagle-mascot closely associated with the label.
- Event: The event is during A2IM indie week music industry conference. There are 2 parts, and will involve interactions with people in different settings.
- The Role: You'll be tasked to wear our given eagle costume and mingle with guests.
- Skills Needed: Confidence in crowd interaction and improvisation. You should be comfortable interacting with people, handing out flyers and taking photos with attendees in a fun way. This is best for someone physically able to wear a moderately heavy costume for an extended period of time.
- Event Dates/Times:
Tuesday June 11th at Intercontinental Hotel Times Square --
Arrive: 1:45pm-2pm
2:15pm - 3:15pm Panel with Hopeless founder Louis- attend the panel to pass out flyers and then sit in the audience
3:15-4pm Break
4pm to 6pm - Attend the Hopeless Records Cocktail party. Take pictures with attendees and hand out the Hopeless Zine
