US or Canadian On-Camera Spokesperson / Host for Political YouTube Channel

I’m looking for a reliable US or Canadian on-camera spokesperson/host to become the face of a political YouTube channel.
The work involves recording talking-head videos based on scripts that will be provided. Each video is usually around 12–18 minutes long. I’m looking for someone who can record approximately 7 videos per week.

Because this person will become the face of the channel, reliability, consistency, and good communication are very important.
This can become an ongoing long-term collaboration if the working relationship goes well.
