Actor needed for 1hr max - need someone to unofficially bless a couple as a Jedi

Looking for an actor for a 1hr max job. It’s my 5yr wedding anniversary and I need to fulfil a 5yr blessing commitment by having our wedding blessed and vows renewed by a Jedi Knight (Star Wars). Will be on the outskirts of Maidstone kent, actor will need to play to the roll, sort out transport and maybe a costume (we can discuss this further) and I will help write the vowels but happy for input if that is one of your skills!
