Actor for property viewing video

We are doing a two-day trip down to Kerry this month to show a property we are looking to sell. We will be doing shots in a variety of locations, including the property itself, the street of the town, the beach, and some public attractions. This is for a 5 minute or so long video for our company website. We are looking to tell it as a story, not something boring with just the facts. We need an actor who is comfortable in front of the camera and knows how to articulate well.
