I need an acoustical engineer report done for a DA Plan ASAP - MAROUBRA,NSW,2035
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
The acoustic assessment and report is to be completed in accordance with the NSW Environmental Protection Guidelines, including the Industrial Noise Policy and Environmental Noise Control Manual (sleep disturbance) and relevant Australian Standards.
The report is to include (but not be limited) to;
§ Noise emissions from all plant and equipment within the subject development (e.g. mechanical ventilation systems,);
§ Noise emissions arising from the use and operation of the proposed development (including associated activities which may generate noise e.g dropping of weights, music and activities);
§ Noise emission into any residential premises shall be inaudible.
§ Confirm operating times.
§ Provide recommendations for any required acoustic treatments and supervision procedures.
§ The acoustic consultant shall review the previously submitted plan of management (POM) and validate the POM or provide recommended amendments.
