Outdoor Amphitheater Sound Design

I'm seeking an experienced acoustic engineer to design and implement a professional audio setup for a small outdoor amphitheater. The venue will host live rock and pop music performances for an audience of 100-300 people.

Power Source Challenges
....only source will be a 8K Watt Kohler Propane Generator that will require professional connection as it sits over 275 feet from planned Amphitheatre site. Details are TBD as drop off will be an issue to overcome with AC.
Location is private property in remote area east of Palmdale, Ca Property is off -grid with no utility connections.

Consider this a small backyard project with limited budget and NO plans to make this commercial ....EVER!! Site is in a "box canyon" at 4400 Ft elevation with incredible 180 degree views of HI Desert / Antelope Valley.

Construction materials of earthen landscape block, brick, and gravel. Desert summer heat and frequent windy breezes add to challenges for stable sound and live performances. Did I mention dust and flying debris are common?
