I’m assembling a new round of data entry work that mirrors the three live-action mock projects already in my portfolio and I need a detail-oriented partner who can match the same standard of accuracy. The datasets you will handle cover accounting figures, survey responses, and product inventory records.
Every file arrives raw, so your first responsibility is to validate each field for consistency, remove any anomalies, and then organise the information into a clear, searchable structure—all in Excel, the sole tool we’ll be using for this assignment. Formulas, lookups, conditional formatting and simple macros are welcome if they help maintain integrity and speed without compromising transparency.
Deliverables
• A separate, fully-cleaned Excel workbook for each dataset (accounting, survey, inventory)
• A brief changelog tab inside each workbook describing the validation and cleaning steps you performed
• Confirmation that all totals, counts and references balance after organisation
