Your role is to:
• Bring calibrated, professional-grade recording gear and spectrum analysis tools.
• Capture continuous audio over an agreed monitoring window to document the steady, persistent nature of the disturbance.
• Log all measurements with time-stamped notes and photographs establishing microphone placement and environmental conditions.
• Provide a written technical report, sworn affidavit, and properly labeled audio files that preserve the full chain of custody.
