Classroom Soundproofing Assessment Investigation
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I require a freelancer with expertise in noise attenuation and window glazing to methodically assess specifications of windows from three different companies with the objective of reducing outside noise to an acceptable level.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Providing a detailed report based on your assessment
- Primary focus on comparison of technical specifications of three window companies
- Analyzing data and determining which company offers the windows that can reduce the noise originating from an el train from 85 dBA to within a classroom acceptable level of 35 dBA
- Application of findings to the classroom setup
Ideal candidates will have:
- Solid understanding of acoustics and sound control
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting technical specifications
- Excellent report writing and data analysis skills
- Experience in conducting off-site research
