Acoustical Engineer for Retail Space Remodeling
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am currently in the process of remodeling a 1900 sq foot retail space into a fitness training facility. With other retail stores surrounding my establishment, I need someone to confirm that my architects plans will be compliant with nc-25 requirements.
From my lease: Tenant is responsible for hiring an acoustician to certify that Tenant’s fit-out design meets the NC-25 requirements. Tenant must provide a letter from an acoustical engineer in a form acceptable to Landlord, indicating that the requirements have been met.
