We obtained an Acoustic report for our tiled floor within an apartment block 10 years after being installed , the by law stated a measurement of 50 , the pre report came in at 49; 10 years later 61.
The post report stated that the time factor "may" have caused the difference in measurement
NCAT did not accept and ordered to pull up the beautiful & expensive Travertine Tiles, we need a more thorough Consultant to prove the opposite please
