witness signature

Hello! I'm looking for somebody to help me fulfill a witness signature requirement for a financial document. The document does not require a notary public for the witness signature, so I am looking for an experienced freelancer who is able to provide a witness signature in a digital format. The witness does not need to be physically present and digital witnessing is acceptable. This witnessing should be legally binding and if the freelancer is in doubt of the legal standing, they should consult an attorney prior to signing as a witness.
