I want to set up MONDAY CRM and Project Management/Workflow systems for my start up business
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
What I need to know is:
1 Can you design and deliver (as much as possible by email discussion)
2 The cost (always my great concern as it is all $$$ out and none coming in
3 The time to deliver
4 Payment and milestones for deliverables
4.1 I want to map out the plan for deliverables and payment. I always like to be able to test what is being delivered prior making any payment via Freelancer
5 Samples of previous work
5.1 A must is to supply samples of previous work. This also helps me to understand the MONDAY system
If I have asked for something that the system cannot do, just tell me.
And always stick to your core competencies! If you need to sub-contract anything, I need to be advised to say yes or no
Moving Forward: XERO
We want to also sign up for XERO and Sue wants to integrate if possible with MONDAY. That will be the next project.
