I am seeking an expert in U.S. federal income taxation with a specialization in corporate and partnership taxation, including but not limited to Earnings & Profits, Dividend Distributions, Redemptions & Liquidations, and Qualified Business Income. The consultant will also possess a strong ethical background in tax practice and have exposure to estate and gift taxation. The primary responsibilities include consulting engagements and the timely completion of two specific tax questionnaires over the next two months.
