tally erp9 migration to xero

My business is in need of an expert with a deep knowledge of both Tally ERP9 Silver and Xero who can help us with the migration of our data from the former to the latter. We are currently using Tally ERP9 Silver and the amount of data to be migrated is less than 1 year.
