quickbooks clean up and reconciliation

I am finally switching to quickbooks for my business account. I need to categorize my transactions and get my accounts all caught up to current period December 1, before end of year. unfortunately this is a new account, so all transactions have been imported and set, but proper categorization and clean up is needed from January 2021 to current day.
