prepare excel worksheets/forecasts

We are starting a Medical Weight Loss program for Medical Clinics to join. The LLC will provide the clients to the clinic through advertising on social media through 7 figure docs. The LLC will also provide the software (GoHighLevel) to facilitate the client from the time they respond to the ad through to the monthly subscription service payment collections. There are 5 partners in the LLC with different percentage ownership. There will be a flat monthly per patient fee attached to pay for the Physicians appointments. There is a flt per month fee for each of the 10 locations we are starting with. Volume of patient goal is 50 to 300 per month per location. I need an excel spreadsheet I can place sales and expense numbers into - to get the LLC profits forecasted as we place values into three different subscription choice models.
