prepare accountant letter for the business grant

my wife and I each own a separate ABN and run as sole trader, but we operate from the same office address. Since I have setup all the invoice systems long ago, our customers usually put money into my account only. we separate the profit in the account between us. Are you able to provide two accountant letter for two of the business grant we need. I have all ATO papers and the correct figures ready to go.
