I need an "unqualified audited balance sheet" for a mortgage broker licensing requirement

I am starting my mortgage brokerage company. It is a brand new company and is not in operation yet. To acquire the license to operate one of the requirements is to provide an unqualified audited balance sheet to fullfill the tangible net worth requirement of 50K. Is there someone in New Jersey who can prepare it? Has to be a CPA and please provide the cost. Thanks,
