In need of a tax accountant/advisor

I received a 3219N form this year for tax year 2018. My tax liability alone far exceeds my current financial situation, much less the over $8000 in penalties and fees. In trying to navigate these tax forms myself, it is clear that the IRS has no intention of any regular person being able to do this properly on their own. No one at any of the Tax Advocate numbers suggested by the IRS has answered the phone for months. I need someone who can help me file an appeal and reduce my tax liability, urgently.
