need someone to review Financial accounting study notes.

I want ACCA qualified to review ACCA F3 notes prepared by my assistant and make a list in excel sheet which highlights mistakes in the notes. the job will also be to do necessary editing in the notes to make the document normal. its around 100 page notes but very easy for ACCA qualified with good financial accounting knowledge and excellent Microsoft word skills. my budget is from 30-$60
