I need a qualified accountant to sign off my company accounts in support of a mortgage application
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for a qualified accountant based in the UK with one of the following qualifications:
Association of Authorised Public Accountants (FAPA/AAPA)
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA/FCCA)
Association of International Accountants ( FIA/AIA)
Chartered Institute of Management Accountants ( CIMA)
Chartered institute of Public Finance Accountants ( CIPFA)
Institute of Chartered Accountants ( Scotland) (FCAS/ACAS)
Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA/ACA)
Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland ( ICAS)
I have already had my limited company accounts made for my company and have submitted them to a mortgage broker. Unfortunately, the mortgage lender does not accept my accountants qualification (IFA) and should have at least one qualification from the list above. I am on a very strict deadline as I need to get my application and need my accounts signed off ideally within 1-2 days. Please message me with any questions!
