I need a property rent statement template in quickbooks.

Im a property manager and need a template/invoice that i can send to landlords to show rent paid to me, rent paid to the landlord direct, my property management fee and any expenses occured. I.e. 4 hours cleaning, a new mop brought for the property etc.
