I need help with Xero

Our accountant has left our small firm and I need to manage Xero for a few months. It needs to be simplified and cleaned up. I am not that familiar with Xero so I need some help to answer my questions. We will pay on an hourly basis. This is likely 1-2 months of work. There is a possibility we can ask you to help us as a bookkeeper, once this project is finished. I am living in Japan, so we need someone who is available during Asia business hours or early morning Europe time.
