I need an external audit

I am the Priest in Charge of an Episcopal Congregation and I suspect wrong doing from my predecessor and mal practice from the current bookkeeper. The Finance Committee (Lay people without a finance background) continue to inhibit me for getting to the bottom of things and the Diocese has finally given us an ultimatum.
