I need company financial audit (external audit)

I need a financial audit for the startup's first fiscal year - corporation established October 2021. Audit for all financial transactions for startup expenses and 2021year (October - December). Company total assets $154,299 sales $6,402. Will provide all available documents in QuickBooks and 1120 tax form.
A Financial audit needs to close the company's first fiscal year and provide that information for shareholders. Audit is not necessary but want to show it from an independent auditor. Please let me know if any questions before sending quotation.
