I need a business consultant for growing a small accounting business
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
I want to expand my limited accounting business into something larger for the upcoming tax year. I'm a licensed CPA(CGA) in Canada, I've done tax/accounting for about 10 years (5-15 clients), but it's always been self-taught beyond school and never through an established firm. I don't have the experience of how an established tax firm processes 100s of returns, what they use as systems/workloads, how they get clients in, and would like to learn and get perspective on what's required.

I have Efile set up for myself, a corporation, have reasonable cash to invest in some systems and payroll if needed.
Requirements:
1) Must have actually worked for a small to medium accounting business.
2) Have an understanding of the sales cycle for new clients, the systems used in that setting, the organization/timeline of doing the work/notifying the clients, what sources of marketing worked (website, word of mouth) etc... I'm not entirely sure what I need but that's the project in a nutshell is to get advice.
3) Bonus if you have examples, things you have from an old job that you kept as visuals
