In the state of Texas, pooled investment vehicles require an annual audit of financial statements within 120 days of the end of the fiscal year. Auditor must be registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. The LP is very small and transactions average less than 20 a month. Anticipate ~5 hours of work.
