I need an accountant / book keeper for quickbooks,

So I operate a construction business , billable expenses and uploading receipts take a lot of my time because I am not familiar with it and don't have time uploading receipts and putting all info in and delicating it on invoices.. what I need is someone who can keep track of my expenses, materials, set up new customer profiles, Saved invoicing tracking , and just keeping track of my business. I will ultimately review /look over an invoice and send it out once completed. need someone to keep up to my work. ultimately I need someone atleast once a week (fridays) to sort everything out. I also need to set up payroll for my employee. and send them pay stubs every month. keep track of my taxes too. Quickbooks is the software.
