I need a MYOB Expert

I am trying to set up MYOB for a new company but I think I may need help setting up the chart of accounts and using MYOB in general. I thought I had it down and then when I went to reconcile the quarter its way out of balance. I called MYOB themselves but it didn't seem to help. Its a bit hard to explain what's happening but its keep showing payment allocation in both the withdrawal and deposit section when I reconcile.
