I need an Appfolio Specialist to help me resolve accounting issues

I am looking for an Appfolio specialist to help me resolve some accounting issues. I have access to my financial statements and bank accounts, and I need to resolve the issues within a week. I have Had to pay a few owners from our Old system because Appfolio takes too long, how do I mark those accounts as "Paid" even though it was not through Appfolio? I will need help to Reconcile.
