I need Accounting Help. My trial balance and balance sheet won't equal/balance out.

I just started learning about accounting and I am currently working on an accounting project. I was given specific instructions which are attached to this post. I have already completed Parts one and two, I have them attached for your convenience (so you can follow along with how I did the steps). The part I am stuck on is part 3 of this project. I journalized the entries, adjusted them, and then closed them out. I cannot get my trial balance or balance sheet for year 2 to equal out. I need someone to tell me what is missing or miscalculated. My most updated and current excel document of my project is also attached. Please use all the attachments to see and understand the problem.
