I need Accountant - Quickbooks and Bookkeeping

Hey!
I'm looking to find an online accountant to get the numbers for my business organized. I just set up my quickbooks account. I need to hire someone to:
1. Organize quickbooks - Set up a chart of accounts, categorize the transactions, set up rules for future transactions to automatically categorize and reconcile the accounts would cost. Also my Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and Paypal payments need to be manually entered so the detail is captured correctly. For instance, say you pay a contractor via Zelle, the name should be entered because you'll have to 1099 them. So details are important with those types of transactions
2. I will also need a balance sheet, P&L, statement of cash flow accounts. They will need to be ready for my CPA so she can file my return.
I need this done immediately. How much would your services be? And When could you have this done by?
