I am looking for Quickbooks Desktop Developer, not bookkeeper

We are small business with some major invoicing issues. We are looking for someone who can create a way for us to split invoices. We are also looking for a way to add more fields to our invoices and auto-populate additional variables in the email when we send invoices. I realize this is a unique ask but I'm open to suggestions and ideas.
