inventory order case study

I'm looking to have someone check an inventory order focusing on the retail sector. This project will do a sensitivity analysis, check lead times and predict cash outlay. The desired output is a single Excel workbook that is ~200-300 rows (or one split across multiple pages). The goal is to outline the optimal order policies, taking into account the cost implications of various scenarios. The ideal freelancer for this job should have extensive experience working with inventory ordering and control problems and understand the costs associated with each variable.
