Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
My house under extension and renovation construction. We are near completion. In order to reaching the real cost of the project I need a expert auditor to deliver the following tasks:
1) Review the supplier invoices provided by the contractor and cross checking with the suppliers to confirm theses are genuine and true (get balance reconciliation from each supplier).
2) Cross checking all the surplus materials and get a refund confirmation, if any.
3) provide the actual final project cost resulting of the reconciling the balances of material cost + labour charges & contractor fees - refund's.
