help with Xero

Hi, I've been using Xero and Square for the past year for my small business and pretty good at entering receipts and reconciling. I do need help making sense of it. If you are an accountant or bookkeeper and can give me 2 or 3 hours of your time on a zoom call, I will pay for your time. Thank you.
