What I was looking for and I completely failed on the PowerPoint was. We want something that we can send to the VPs – a goal we would like to happen before an incentive is sent out. I have met with the teams that we need to be involved right now, which are
1) BlueCity Support & Crewmember Experience
2) airport Admin and General Managers
3) Payroll
4) Legal
5) Corporate Communication
6) Airport Values Committee
The goal is to have what steps we would like in place before an incentive is sent out. Like: FAQs, who is included, sups? Admins? What are the requirements, who qualifies- who may be excluded from the timing ( should it be announced on a Sunday and go out on a Sunday for payroll purposes )-
So put together a timeline (which I have no idea how to do) – kind of mirrors almost exactly what the ABBS revision process looks like
Revision meeting (who should be included *stakeholders) – Implementation submission- rollout
We would present something to the VPs on the importance of including the stakeholders before an incentive is sent out so that we can all collaborate and make any changes, etc.
