general assistance

I manage a small business and have been fumbling and getting our way through MYOB Business for a number of years however, I would like to have some tutoring on some matters as I feel there are more effective and efficient ways to do things. I also feel we may have been doing things incorrectly all this time and items and functions are being incorrectly coded etc.
