financial statement audit

We are a small company of less than 50 employees looking for someone to complete a financial statement audit for us. The timeline for the audit needs to be more than 3 months and we are eager to get started. We require that the audit be carried out in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).
